Nellobytehost Hosting Company offers a limited 7-day money-back guarantee applicable exclusively to first-time purchases of shared hosting plans.
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the initial activation date.
This guarantee applies only where the service has not been abused, misused, or used in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
Upon successful payment, services are automatically provisioned, deployed, and resources are allocated immediately.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that hosting services, servers, digital infrastructure, and related products constitute digital services that are considered consumed once activated.
Once a service has been provisioned and is functioning as described, Nellobytehost Hosting Company is under no obligation to suspend, reverse, or refund the service except as expressly stated in this policy.
The following services are non-refundable under all circumstances:
Once these services are ordered and provisioned, associated costs are incurred and cannot be reversed.
Refunds will not be granted where the service has been substantially used, data has been hosted, bandwidth consumed, or server resources allocated beyond reasonable evaluation purposes.
The determination of excessive or abusive usage shall be made solely at the discretion of Nellobytehost Hosting Company.
Any refund issued outside the limited money-back guarantee period shall be granted solely at the discretion of the Company.
Where applicable, approved refunds may be calculated on a pro-rata basis, less any applicable administrative fees, third-party charges, and resource consumption costs.
Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Abuse Policy, illegal activity, spam, or fraudulent conduct are not eligible for refunds.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our billing department constitutes a breach of this policy.
